clear guidance parking issue
The hotel has a central location near many restaurants.
Finding the place was a bit of a headache. No one informed me to park at the Victoria car park until I spent an hour trying to locate the hotel... quite frustrating. I expected clearer guidance upon arrival.

the location was very central. staff were friendly and helpful. i liked the breakfast choice. my room looked over the square. the bed felt comfortable. the shower was great. everything was clean.
finding the hotel at first was hard. i wish i knew to park at victoria carpark sooner. this information would had been helpful on arrival.

central gem!
perfect location friendly staff rooftop terrace
the location was perfect, right in the center. i loved the friendly staff and found them ready to help, i would definitely stay again! the rooftop terrace had great views, a real plus for enjoying the city.
I found the room a bit noisy, especially since it faced the main square. It stayed lively quite late, hard to fall asleep before things quieted down.

helpful staff rooftop veranda
the staff was helpful with tourist site suggestions. the rooftop communal veranda was lovely. i really enjoyed the room facing the front square with the balcony window. breakfast was sufficient.
the bed was very hard and small. the pillows were also not good. the sheet felt more like it was for one person, not two. i had a very bad night because of it.

great view bus stop
The hotel is located near restaurants and shopping. It has a bus stop within walking distance. I arrived before check-in. The staff held my bags and placed them in my room. The room featured two balconies. They provided a great view of the Cathedral and plaza.
Finding the hotel initially proved difficult. Clearer directions to the designated parking area would significantly improve the arrival experience.

central location delicious spread noisy room first floor
the hotel was very centrally located near many restaurants. there is also a bus stop within walking distance. i purchased the rate that included breakfast and enjoyed the delicious spread.
the room was on the first floor. it faced the plaza and was very noisy until late at night. it was also noisy very early in the morning.
